Warranty Registration

• To avail the 10 years warranty on Glass please register online within 90 days from the date of purchase. The offer is no more valid if not registered within 90 days.
• The 10-year warranty is valid on the burners, gas valves, and toughened glass only.
• The product must be used for domestic purposes only. If used for commercial purposes, the warranty will not be valid.
• The maximum number of free glass replacements is limited to 2 times within the entire warranty period.
• Burners, pan supports, and drip trays painted with black heat-resistant paint or enamel are not covered under warranty for discoloration.
• Breakage of glass due to the use of Batti Tandoor, Gas Tandoor, or Pathri Tawa is not covered under warranty.
• In case of replacement of glass, only the glass will be replaced free of charge. Labour cost and service/visit charges will be borne by the customer.
• In the case of Stainless-Steel models, the terms mentioned above of Glass will not be applicable.
• The customer must produce this warranty card along with the original cash memo/bill to avail the warranty.
• In case of any dispute or confusion, the company’s decision/interpretation will be final.

GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID IF

• The LPG gas stove is not used according to the instructions given in the user manual.
• Defects are caused due to improper or reckless use.
• In case the information given above is not correct, then the extended warranty will not be valid. (For example, if the model number and serial number do not match, the warranty is void.)
• Repair work is carried out by persons not authorized by the company.
• The serial number has been deleted, defaced, or altered.
• The bill/cash memo is not presented.
• Any modification or alteration of any nature is made to the LPG gas stove.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequential losses arising out of misuse of the appliance or due to non-observance of necessary precautions while using LPG gas.
• The warranty is only on selected models, and in case a different model is registered or the wrong model number is provided, the warranty will not be valid.
